  • 1 cup almond flour Can substitute with coconut flour
  • 1 piece egg Beaten for egg wash
  • 1 cup heavy cream For the creamy gravy

  • as needed Oil for frying Ensure oil is hot before frying

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Flatten the chicken breasts to an even thickness.
  2. In a bowl, beat the egg until well mixed.
  3. In another bowl, season almond flour with salt and pepper.
  4. Dip each chicken breast first into the egg, then coat with almond flour.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Fry the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  3. In the same skillet, add heavy cream and chicken broth to create the gravy, stirring frequently.
  4. Serve the fried chicken coated in the creamy gravy.

Notes

Storage: Keeps well in the fridge for about 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven for best results. Tips: Ensure oil is hot before frying for a crispy texture. Double coating provides extra crunch.
