Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeños, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until fully combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a football shape.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in crushed crackers until evenly coated.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.

  1. Serve with crackers or veggies for dipping.

Notes

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Can be made a day in advance. Freezes well for about a month; thaw in the fridge overnight before serving. Adjust heat, try Greek yogurt for a lighter version, or add bacon for extra flavor.
