  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes adjust based on spice preference

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh herbs for garnish (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
  2. Sear the chicken breasts until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  3. In a small bowl, mix honey with red pepper flakes.
  4. Once the chicken is seared, sprinkle feta cheese over the top.
  5. Drizzle the honey mixture over the feta and chicken.
  6. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.

Notes

Leftovers keep in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. It can also be frozen for 2-3 months. Thaw and reheat before serving.
