Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
- Sear the chicken breasts until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- In a small bowl, mix honey with red pepper flakes.
- Once the chicken is seared, sprinkle feta cheese over the top.
- Drizzle the honey mixture over the feta and chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
Notes
Leftovers keep in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. It can also be frozen for 2-3 months. Thaw and reheat before serving.
