  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch. Mix well.
  2. Season the chicken pieces with a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Heat a skillet and add the chicken, cooking until golden brown.
  2. Pour the honey sauce over the chicken and stir to coat it nicely.
  3. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken up.
  4. Toss in the toasted sesame seeds for that crispy texture.
Serving

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Reheat in the microwave or stovetop. For a vegan version, substitute chicken with tofu and honey with maple syrup.
