Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station: Put flour in one shallow bowl, beaten eggs in a second bowl, and mix breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika in a third bowl.
- Dredge each chicken tender in flour first, then dip into the eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Lightly spray or drizzle the tenders with cooking spray or olive oil.
Cooking
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway for even color.

Notes
