Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Tenders
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs Panko breadcrumbs recommended for extra crunch.
  • 1/2 cup flour Can be seasoned with paprika or cayenne for extra flavor.
  • 2 pieces eggs Beaten.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • spray olive oil For spraying on the coated tenders.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken strip in flour, dip in the egg, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated tenders on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and spray lightly with olive oil.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) until warmed through.
