Ingredients

Gnocchi Ingredients
  • 1 pound Potato Gnocchi
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated Use high-quality for best flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley, chopped
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste
  • Red Pepper Flakes, optional

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, add the gnocchi. They’re ready when they float to the top, usually about 2-3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter and olive oil together. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant—just don’t let it burn!
Cooking
  1. Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer gently while you enjoy that heavenly aroma.
  2. Stir in the Parmesan cheese until everything becomes smooth and creamy.
  3. Toss in the cooked gnocchi, rosemary, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat every bite with that dreamy sauce.
  4. Dish it up immediately, sprinkle with red pepper flakes if desired, and get ready for compliments!

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3 days. Reheat on low heat, adding a splash of cream if it seems dry. Freezes well, but best enjoyed fresh.
