  • 1 lb Chicken or veggies Use whatever you have on hand!
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing.
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced, for flavor.
  • 1 tbsp Fresh herbs Like basil or parsley, for garnish.
  • to taste Your favorite seasonings Salt, pepper, paprika, etc.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the chicken or vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat a pan over medium heat and add olive oil.
  3. Once the oil is hot, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, but do not let it burn.
Cooking
  1. Add the chicken or veggies to the pan and cook until they are just about done.
  2. Sprinkle on your favorite seasonings and fresh herbs for added flavor.
  3. Serve warm and enjoy with your family.

Notes

For best results, prep ahead by chopping ingredients. You can experiment with different spices and sauces to change up the flavors. Leftover roasted veggies can add extra flavor as well. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3–4 days, and freeze portions for up to 3 months.
