  • 2 tablespoons Honey Optional for sweetness

Smoothie Bowl and Toast
  • 1 cup Almond milk Can be substituted with oat milk
  • 1 cup Berries Any kind, fresh or frozen
  • 1 medium Avocado Ripe for easy mashing
  • 4 slices Whole grain bread
  • 2 cups Spinach Chopped

Method
 

Oatmeal Muffins
  1. Mix oats, mashed bananas, and Greek yogurt in a bowl.
  2. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes.
Smoothie Bowl
  1. Blend Greek yogurt, almond milk, and your choice of berries until creamy.
  2. Pour into a bowl and top with sliced fruit and nuts.
Savory Eggs
  1. Whisk eggs and add chopped spinach.
  2. Cook in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until fluffy.
Avocado Toast
  1. Smash avocado on whole grain bread.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and chili flakes to taste.
Healthy Pancakes
  1. Combine oats, eggs, and a little honey.

Notes
