Ingredients
  

For the churro dough
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup almond milk Keep the bites fluffy and moist.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • to taste Cooking spray For spraying the bites before cooking.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt until well combined.
  2. Add the almond milk and vanilla extract, and stir until a dough forms.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Shape the dough into bite-sized pieces and place them in the air fryer basket.
  3. Spray the bites lightly with cooking spray to add that golden touch.
  4. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes or until they’re perfectly golden brown.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for about 3-5 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
