Preparation
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper. Form the mixture into small meatballs.
Cooking
- In a slow cooker, mix grape jelly and barbecue sauce until blended.
- Add the meatballs to the slow cooker and stir to coat them evenly with the sauce.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until the meatballs are cooked through.
Notes
Chill meatballs for 30 minutes before cooking for better shape. Allow to cool and freeze leftovers for up to 3 months.
