Method
 

Preparing the Marinade

Marinating the Chicken

Notes

Marinate longer than 30 minutes for better flavor. Use boneless thighs for juiciness, and adjust spice level by varying the amount of gochujang. Can add sliced bell peppers or broccoli for extra texture and nutrition.
