- In a bowl, combine gochujang, soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, sesame oil, and a sprinkle of salt and pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken to the marinade and ensure it’s well coated. Marinate for 30 minutes to overnight.
Cooking
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and charred.
- Remove from heat, let it rest for a few minutes, then slice it.
Serving
- Serve over rice with your choice of colorful vegetables.
Notes
For longer storage, store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days or in the freezer for 2-3 months. Reheat on stove or microwave.
