Noodle Ingredients
  • 2 cups gluten-free flour blend Use a blend suitable for pasta.
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • as needed water Water Add as necessary to form a dough.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the gluten-free flour and salt.
  2. Make a well in the center and add the eggs and olive oil.
  3. Mix until combined, adding water if necessary to form a dough.
  4. Knead the dough for a few minutes until smooth.
  5. Roll out the dough to your desired thickness and cut into noodle shapes.
Cooking
  1. Cook the noodles in boiling water for 2-4 minutes until they float to the top.
  2. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce or dish.

Notes

These noodles are versatile and can be served with alfredo sauce, meat sauce, or olive oil and garlic. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat by dropping them in boiling water for a minute.
