Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until fluffy.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the gluten-free flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ones, mixing well to combine.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
Baking
  1. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant.
  3. Let cool before transferring to a wire rack.
