Ingredients
  

For the Coating
  • 1 lb chicken tenders Fresh or thawed
  • 1 cup gluten free all-purpose flour For coating
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 large eggs Beaten for dipping
  • 1 cup gluten free breadcrumbs For coating
  • as needed cooking oil for frying Such as avocado or vegetable oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a shallow bowl, combine gluten-free flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until smooth.
  3. Place gluten-free breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
Coating the Chicken
  1. Dip each chicken tender first into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumbs.
Cooking
  1. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Fry the chicken tenders for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Place cooked tenders on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
  4. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

You can serve these tenders with a variety of dips like ranch, BBQ, or honey mustard. They stay fresh in the fridge for up to 3 days and can be frozen for up to 3 months. For best results reheating, use the oven or air fryer.
