  • 1 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 pieces eggs, beaten
  • Cooking spray or olive oil For coating the chicken

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together gluten-free breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip each chicken breast in the beaten eggs, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place the coated chicken in the air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Cooking
  1. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  2. Serve hot with your favorite side dish.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer. Reheat in the air fryer to maintain crispiness.
