  • 1 pound ground beef Use lean ground beef for less grease.
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded Feel free to substitute with your favorite cheese.
  • 1 can biscuit dough Refer to package for baking instructions.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Toasting enhances the flavor.
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese For sprinkling on top before baking.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.
  • optional Dipping sauces Ketchup, ranch, or barbecue sauce work well.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the biscuit dough package instructions.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until it's beautifully browned.
  3. Drain the fat, then mix in the minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it’s all melty and gooey.
  5. Roll out each piece of biscuit dough and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mix in the center.
  6. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges tight.
  7. Place the stuffed bombs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Baking
  1. Bake according to the biscuit package instructions until they turn golden brown.
  2. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

These cheeseburger bombs keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze them rolled up before baking and bake straight from frozen, adding time if necessary.
