Preparation
- Preheat your oven according to the biscuit dough package instructions.
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until it's beautifully browned.
- Drain the fat, then mix in the minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheddar cheese until it’s all melty and gooey.
- Roll out each piece of biscuit dough and place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mix in the center.
- Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges tight.
- Place the stuffed bombs on a baking sheet and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Baking
- Bake according to the biscuit package instructions until they turn golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauces.
Notes
These cheeseburger bombs keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze them rolled up before baking and bake straight from frozen, adding time if necessary.
