Ingredients
  

For the Filling
  • 1 lb ground beef Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Feel free to mix cheeses as preferred.
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Grated for better melting.
  • 1/2 cup garlic butter For brushing on top of the bombs.
  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough This forms the outer layer.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Season to your preference.
  • optional chopped parsley for garnish For a fresh touch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper, then drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese and Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
Assembly
  1. Roll out the biscuit dough and cut it into larger pieces.
  2. Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each piece.
  3. Fold the dough over and pinch to seal, shaping them into bombs.
Baking
  1. Brush the tops with garlic butter and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, optionally garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

These cheeseburger bombs can be made ahead by preparing the filling in advance. They store well in the fridge for about 3 days or can be frozen for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven for the best texture.
