Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Stir in gluten-free flour, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt until a sticky dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead gently for about 2 minutes.
- Divide the dough into ten equal pieces, rolling each into a rope and tying it into a knot.
- Place the knots on a greased baking sheet and let rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Baking
- Brush melted butter over each knot, sprinkle with parsley and salt.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
