Preparation
- Cut the chicken breast into strips. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Heat a little oil or butter in a pan and sauté the chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
Making Garlic Butter
- Melt the butter in a small pan. Sauté the garlic over medium heat for 1–2 minutes until golden.
Assembling the Wraps
- Lay the tortillas flat. Spread some garlic butter on each, and layer with lettuce, tomato slices, chicken strips, and shredded cheese.
Rolling and Toasting
- Fold in the sides and then roll the wrap tightly from the bottom up.
- In a hot pan without oil, toast each side for 2–3 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
Notes
These wraps are best enjoyed fresh but can last in the fridge for up to 3 days. Freezing is also an option, up to 2 months.
