  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for best flavor.
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan Cream Sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream Adjust for desired consistency.
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced Use fresh for better flavor.
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes For a spicy kick.
Garnish
  • Chopped fresh parsley For garnish.

Method

Preparation
  1. Pat the steak cubes dry and season generously with salt and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak in batches, searing for 2–3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium. Melt the butter, then add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add steak back in and toss to coat.
  3. In a separate saucepan, melt the butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add heavy cream, bring to a simmer, and stir in Parmesan until smooth.
  4. Pour the sauce over the steak bites or serve on the side. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For variations, try adding sautéed mushrooms or spinach. Coconut cream can be used as a dairy-free option.
