  • 4 tablespoons butter Use unsalted for better control of seasoning.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.

  • for garnish Fresh parsley, chopped

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Cooking
  1. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  2. Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes.
Serving
  1. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Pat the pork chops dry before seasoning to help them sear nicely. For added flavor, consider using herbed butter. If desired, add a pinch of red pepper flakes when cooking the garlic for some heat.
