  • 2 cups Fruits e.g., bananas, berries, for smoothies
  • 2 bunches Greens e.g., kale or spinach for smoothies
  • 2 cups Oats For oatmeal or overnight oats
  • 12 pieces Muffins Any flavor of your choosing
  • 4 pieces Sandwich ingredients e.g., ham, turkey, or other fillings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Prepare your breakfast items according to your favorite recipes.
  2. For breakfast burritos, fill tortillas with scrambled eggs, cheese, and veggies; wrap and freeze.
  3. For smoothie packs, portion fruits and greens into bags and freeze.
  4. Prepare oatmeal and muffins as you normally would, and freeze in individual portions.
  5. Assemble sandwiches using your preferred ingredients, wrap them well, and freeze.
  6. Label each item with the date and type for easy identification.
Serving
  1. When ready to eat, reheat breakfast burritos, blend smoothie packs with milk or yogurt, cook oats, and reheat muffins and sandwiches as needed.

Notes

These breakfast meals can last in the freezer for up to 3 months. For fridge storage, aim to eat them within a week. To avoid sogginess, let your cooked items cool completely before freezing.
