- Mix in the minced garlic and canned tomatoes; let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Combine with shredded cheese if desired.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with additional cheese if preferred, and bake uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
