 - Dice the avocado and add it to the bowl along with crumbled feta cheese.
 - Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

 - Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
 
Notes
For a finishing touch, fresh herbs like basil or parsley are fantastic. Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days, but it's best served fresh. If preparing ahead, keep the dressing separate until serving to maintain crunch.
