- Heat the flour in the microwave in 20-second intervals until it reaches 165°F (about 40–60 seconds) or bake in a 350°F oven for about 3–5 minutes. Whisk or sift the flour to remove lumps and let it cool.
- In a mixer, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together on medium speed until light and fluffy.
- Add the cooled flour, vanilla, and salt. Pour in the milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula. Enjoy!
Notes
Storage: Keep in the fridge for about 5 days in an airtight container. This dough freezes beautifully for up to a month. Scoop into balls before freezing.
