Dough Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Microwave or bake to heat.
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar Light or dark.
  • 1/2 cup butter Salted or unsalted, softened.
  • 2-4 tbsp milk Add more or less as needed for consistency.
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt Omit if using salted butter.
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat the flour in the microwave in 20-second intervals until it reaches 165°F (about 40–60 seconds) or bake in a 350°F oven for about 3–5 minutes. Whisk or sift the flour to remove lumps and let it cool.
  2. In a mixer, beat the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together on medium speed until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the cooled flour, vanilla, and salt. Pour in the milk one tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired consistency.
  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips with a spatula. Enjoy!

Notes

Storage: Keep in the fridge for about 5 days in an airtight container. This dough freezes beautifully for up to a month. Scoop into balls before freezing.
