  • 6 pieces eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 pieces onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Olive oil for greasing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with a bit of olive oil.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Add the diced sweet potatoes, chopped onion, and shredded cheese to the egg mixture. Mix it all up!
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is lightly golden.
