  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped Use fresh for best flavor.
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss together the cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until it’s lush and smooth.
  3. Stir in the chopped spinach, artichokes, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, plus a sprinkle of salt and pepper.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, until the dip is hot and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or bread.
