  • 1 cup powdered sugar Sifted to avoid clumps
  • 1/2 cup butter Make sure it's at room temperature

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter and butter. Mix until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, mixing until fully combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  5. Cut into squares and serve your sweet masterpiece!

Notes

For extra flavor, top with chocolate drizzle or sea salt. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks in the fridge, or freeze for up to a month.
