Cooking Chicken
- In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then add to the pan.
- Cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove from pan and set aside.
Cooking Noodles
- In the same pan, add chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
- Once noodles are cooked, stir in butter until melted.
- Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the pan, stirring everything together.
Serving
- Garnish with parsley if desired, serve, and enjoy!
Notes
This dish keeps well in the fridge for about 3-4 days. Store in an airtight container. Reheat with a splash of broth if it seems dry.
