Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Coat each chicken breast with the mayonnaise mixture, then press it into the Parmesan-breadcrumb mixture to coat evenly.
- Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cooking
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the crust is golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
This chicken keeps well in the fridge for 3-4 days. Store in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze it for up to 2 months.
