Preparation
- Season boneless chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Place the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth over it.

- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Notes
For a thicker sauce, remove the chicken after cooking and whisk in a cornstarch slurry, then let it simmer for a bit. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for 3 months.
