  • 1 pound Boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
For Serving
  • 2 cups Rice or veggies Serve alongside the chicken.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season boneless chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  2. Place the seasoned chicken in the slow cooker and pour chicken broth over it.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Serving
  1. Once cooked, serve the chicken over rice or alongside your favorite veggies.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, remove the chicken after cooking and whisk in a cornstarch slurry, then let it simmer for a bit. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 4 days or frozen for 3 months.
