- Cook egg noodles in salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- While the noodles are cooking, brown ground beef and chopped onions in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Cooking
- Stir in garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning. Cook for 1 minute.
- Sprinkle flour into the skillet and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Gradually pour in beef broth while stirring until smooth. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, or until the gravy thickens.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and toss with the beef mixture until well coated. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
This dish can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for 2-3 months. Reheat with a splash of broth to restore texture. Optionally add extra veggies like spinach or peas for more nutrients.
