Preparation
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the teriyaki sauce, minced garlic, and minced ginger.
- Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken in the crockpot.
- If using, add the broccoli florets on top.

- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken with two forks or leave it whole.
- Serve over cooked rice or noodles and garnish with sesame seeds if desired.
