  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded.
  • 1/2 cup Ranch dressing Choose your favorite brand.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce Adjust to taste for spice level.

Preparation
  1. In a slow cooker, combine cooked shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, and buffalo sauce.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  3. Cook on low for 2-3 hours, or until everything’s heated through and the cheeses are oozing.
  4. Stir occasionally to spread that cheesy goodness.
  5. Serve warm with tortilla chips or celery sticks for dipping.

Notes

For a twist, add chopped jalapeños for extra spice or mix in pepper jack cheese. Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3-4 days or frozen for about 2 months.
