- Set up a breading station: In one bowl, beat the eggs; in another, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Breading and Cooking
- Dip each chicken breast into the egg, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing it on to adhere.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the breaded chicken. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the chicken to a baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
