Preparation

Cooking
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat or prepare a baking tray with cooking spray.
- If frying, cook the chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown. If baking, place on the baking tray and bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through.
- Top each chicken breast with a slice of ham and a slice of Swiss cheese, placing them under the broiler for a few minutes until the cheese melts.
- Drizzle honey mustard sauce on top and serve.
