Baking
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden and the custard is set.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle a thin layer of sugar on top.
- Using a kitchen torch, caramelize the sugar until it forms a crispy, golden crust.
- Allow to cool slightly, then serve warm.
Notes
