Ingredients
  

Vegetable Base
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 2 cups sliced carrots
Creamy Mixture
  • 1 can mushroom soup (10.5 oz)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Topping
  • 3 cups tater tots

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots.
  3. In another bowl, mix together the mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the vegetables and stir until everything is well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Top with tater tots like they’re the crown jewels!
Cooking
  1. Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and the casserole is bubbling happily.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes
