Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots.
- In another bowl, mix together the mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the soup mixture over the vegetables and stir until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with tater tots like they’re the crown jewels!
Cooking
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden and the casserole is bubbling happily.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
Leftovers will keep in the fridge for about 3–4 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave as needed. You can substitute with leftover veggies, different cheese types, and add herbs for variations.
