  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sugar (optional) adds sweetness but can be omitted
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the sweet corn and cook for about 5 minutes until heated through.
  3. Stir in the cream cheese, milk, and sugar (if using) until everything is well combined and creamy.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Best served warm with options to pair with turkey, mashed potatoes, or a green salad. Keeps well for 3–5 days in the fridge or up to 2 months in the freezer.
