  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional) Add for a fresh garnish.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large skillet, brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Combine cooked spaghetti with the beef mixture and stir well.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

This dish is great for meal prep and can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for later use. Pair with a salad and garlic bread for a complete meal.
