Ingredients
  

Pasta Base
  • 2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini) Use any short pasta.
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Rotisserie chicken can be used.
Sauce and Cheese
  • 1 cup pesto sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded More cheese can be added.
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Seasoning and Extras
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For greasing the baking dish.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, shredded chicken, pesto sauce, ricotta cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is nicely coated.
Baking
  1. Grease a baking dish with the olive oil and pour the pasta mixture into the dish.
  2. Top the mixture with the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serving
  1. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in a tightly sealed container in the fridge for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
