Preparation
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted water.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Reduce the heat and pour in the cream, stirring gently to combine.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing everything together.
- Fold in the spinach until wilted, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.
Notes
For an extra touch, add a dash of red pepper flakes or cherry tomatoes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
