Pasta
  • 12 oz Pasta (your choice) Pasta shape of your liking.
Sauce
  • 1 cup Cream Heavy cream for a rich sauce.
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For sautéing garlic.
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced Use fresh garlic for the best flavor.
  • 2 cups Spinach Fresh or your favorite greens.
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For topping.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to your preference.

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions in a large pot of salted water.
  2. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Reduce the heat and pour in the cream, stirring gently to combine.
  5. Add the cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing everything together.
  6. Fold in the spinach until wilted, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot.

Notes

For an extra touch, add a dash of red pepper flakes or cherry tomatoes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
