  • 4 cups Fresh spinach
  • 1 cup Feta cheese Crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper
  • optional Parmesan cheese Grated, for topping

Method
 

Cooking Gnocchi
  1. Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
Preparing Sauce
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
  2. Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and feta cheese, mixing until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet, stirring to combine.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
