  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup fresh vegetables (like spinach, carrots, and bell peppers)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream and add the fresh vegetables.
  5. Once the vegetables are tender, add the cooked ramen noodles.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

Feel free to substitute chicken with shrimp or tofu. Customize the vegetables based on what you have available. For a vegan version, use tofu and coconut milk instead of chicken and cream.
