Cooking
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the chicken breasts until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet for extra flavor.
  4. Add the heavy cream, cheese, and dried herbs. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer for a few more minutes.
  7. Serve over pasta or rice and enjoy your culinary masterpiece!

Notes

For storage, keep the dish in the fridge for 3–4 days in an airtight container or freeze for up to 3 months. Reheat by adding a splash of water or milk to restore creaminess.
