  • 1 cup chicken broth Low sodium preferred

  • 1 onion, chopped Yellow or white onion

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken and Cajun seasoning; cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through.
  4. Add chopped onion and bell peppers to the pan, cooking until they are soft.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream, cooking until the sauce has thickened slightly.
  7. Toss in the cooked pasta, mixing everything together until well coated.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
