  • 1-2 jalapeños, diced Adjust based on your spice preference.

Preparation
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef or sausage until browned. Drain excess fat.
  2. In the crockpot, combine the cooked meat, diced tomatoes, cream cheese, jalapeños, and shredded cheese.
  3. Stir well to combine all the deliciousness.
Cooking
  1. Cook on low for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally until the cheese is melted and the dip is hot and bubbly.

Notes

For an extra kick, add more jalapeños or diced green chilies. You can also freeze the dip for about a month. When reheating, add a splash of milk for extra creaminess.
