- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
Cooking
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear the chicken thighs for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Pour the cranberry balsamic glaze over the chicken.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, until cooked through.
